Howard Redwood
Howard Redwood is the Managing Director of Awareness Driver Training Limited. He became a Driving Standards Agency (DSA) Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) in 2002, having spent the previous 12 years in the transport industry in the distribution sector.
In 2006, Howard qualified as a DSA Approved Fleet Driver Trainer working independently and within the SAFED for Vans Scheme.
It was during this year that Howard wrote, what has now been regarded as a national syllabus, the Awareness Driver Training Taxi Driver Trainers Course. This syllabus was incorporated into the training portfolio of the Driving Instructors Association and subsequently re-named the Diamond Accredited Taxi Driver Training Course.
In 2007, he successfully gained the additional qualification of Community Transport Association (CTA) Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme (MiDAS) Trainer. It was also in this year when he wrote two more training courses for industry and commerce:
The Eco-awareness Driver Safety Programme (EADS) and The LCV Familiarisation Course.
In 2009, Howard was approached to become a consultant for the Driving Instructors Association, specialising in writing and updating training courses and offering general advice to driving instructors.

Awareness Driver Training Limited is unable to carry out all of it's obligations without the help of carefully chosen organisations and fully qualified personnel. Our organisation strictly limits the number of associates in order to maintain a high level of reliabilty and professionalism which we continually strive to maintain.
